Built a drag-and-drop visual automation builder (~19 action types) that lets non-technical operators orchestrate WhatsApp and Instagram workflows, unified the Meta and Evolution APIs behind a single real-time inbox, and added OpenAI- and Gemini-powered auto-reply agents.

A multi-tenant gym-operations SaaS, built as the sole engineer alongside a domain-expert partner. Built the operator platform (unified CRM, scheduling and check-ins, contracts, NPS, audit-trailed staff impersonation) on async-first infrastructure: Celery jobs off the request path, results streamed over Django Channels WebSockets. Added owner-facing revenue intelligence: real-time MRR, churn and LTV dashboards with forecasts, plus a daily scorer that flags cooling sales opportunities and recommends a next action. Built the companion React Native / Expo app as one role-aware binary for members and staff, with an offline-first workout player that survives app kills and syncs idempotently on reconnect.

A posture and body-symmetry tracker that reads a single back-view photo. Trained a keypoint model that places eight body landmarks (neck, shoulders, waist, hips, pelvis) and derives shoulder and hip level, trunk tilt, and waist asymmetry, then tracks them over time. Built the whole pipeline end to end, from weak auto-labeling and background randomization through training, quantization, and both runtimes. Portuguese-first, accessibility-tuned, and deliberately non-diagnostic: it reports neutral observations, never a verdict.

Core engineer on a multi-tenant vendor- and contract-management platform for property managers, built zero-to-production over 18 months as one of its most active contributors. Owned the spend-management module end to end and a reminders engine tied to contract and compliance dates (auto-created, recalculated on change, delivered over email and Slack) that became a core retention driver. Built SSO and audit logging.
